Not having the right answers for interview questions killed my job prospects.
When I just got out of college, I was pretty lucky, because the company I had summer interned at between my junior and senior years offered me a permanent position. Unfortunately, three years down the road, the economy had tanked and that company went out of business – and with it went my job. I went through all the usual steps – got a book about getting jobs, learned to make a killer resume, etc., but still found myself unemployed – and the clock was ticking for my unemployment benefits. I landed lots of interviews, but for some reason was unable to “close” and get the actual job. I never got all of the right answers to job interview questions. As I got closer to the date that my unemployment benefits would run out, to tell you the truth, I was scared. Anyway, while I was surfing the net, I came across an amazing guide to how to answer interview questions. Now I don’t know if it was just chance, fate, or the fact the guide gave me quick comebacks and showed me how to answer job interview questions that used to make me stumble in interviews, but I got 3 job offers out of my next 5 interviews. If you’re interested you can click here to see the guide that helped me to finally get job offers from my interviews.
Anyway, I put up this site to help other people who find themselves in similar situations.
